Continuing the successful practice of the 1st NLC Bharat Leadership Conclave of Presiding Officers and State Legislators, we are excited to present the 2nd edition, designed to offer focused and practical sessions for legislators. These sessions aim to help lawmakers strengthen their skills and knowledge for better governance and effective decision-making.
